Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM IST.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, and destination.
Free standard shipping is available for orders above 1500.

International Shipping

Airspa is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If we are unable to reach you within 3 day’s, the order will be refunded, excluding the shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
In the event of a lost shipment, please reach out to us at info@airspa.in so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
