Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Timeline

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
